Tampon Printing

Moving ahead and realizing the upcoming treads and updating accordingly is our ingredient to stand tall and un deteriorated for over two decades. We also possess Tampon Printing in our profile which enables us to further glorify your needs with quality, passion and versatility. We provide exceptional solutions with Tampon Printing which is fast efficient and reliable process to give colors and words to your ideas.

It is a sort of "stamping" process in which ink is acquired from an etched metal plate onto a flexible pad - the tampon - and "stamped" onto the article to be printed. The technique is a good alternative if the surface of the product to be printed, does not allow for silk-screen printing. Also, very small print can be better achieved by tampon printing. If necessary two-color printing can be done in one operation. Printing inks used are basically the same as those used in silk-screen printing; however, the print density of the ink is considerably less.

So in this way, Your Design gets easily and reliably printed on the product providing you the efficient and effective solution.

Hot Stamping

Perfection is not a coincidence but rather a continuous strive. At Teknika Industrial, we believe in achieving more than expected, higher than necessary. For giving you the optimal finishing for your valued product we proudly enlarged our profile with hot stamping. Hot stamping can be used to mark a multitude of different material, the most common being plastics. Its an effective easy and fast process doesn’t need any complexity courtesy being dry process. Hot stamping is a very permanent process. When a part is marked with a properly formulated foil, it can withstand some very harsh conditions. When using a metal die on a plastic part, you can actually brand the part at the same time. So, if the color should fade or wear off the branded image will remain.

It leaves the engraved image on the product which is unhindered by any changes and does not tend to fade and reduce. Truly, a lasting Impression!

IMD (In Mould Decorating)

Teknika Industrial and Teknika Mould has a partnership with LEONHARD KURZ Stiftung & Co. KG based in Germany for producting IMD Moulds and Plastic Parts decorating with IMD.

One of the most cost-effective and efficient ways of decorating a part is to do it during the injection molding process.IMD (In Mold Decorating) provides too many important advantages over other decoration methods.

In Mould Decorating (IMD) offers many design productivity and flexibility advantages vs. other decoration methods done after injection molding. These benefits include multiple colors, design flexibility, textures, effects, and with a single operation; systems cost reductions and long-lasting graphics manufacturing productivity.

IML (In Mould Labelling)

Teknika Industrial has 45 IML (In Mould Labelling) Robots with different shapes of dummy in Teknika Plast Plant.

IML (In Mould labelling) is derived from the process: a preprinted polypropylene (PP) label is placed into a packaging mould. Packaging mould has the shape of the end product, e.g. the shape of a labneh tub or yoghurt container.

IML technology ensures high-resolution images and maximizes print quality instead of offset printing. It also resists big changes in temperature and humidity. Thats why IML Decoration is most efficient solution for frozen and hot filling products.

The technology enable shorter production time since the products are decorated in one step in the IML process. And, in the IML automation, it is extremely easy to shift from one label to another label that save the time. The process in environmentally friendly because the container and label consist of (PP), so they can be recyclable.

With IML technology, we provide our customers an unlimited freedom in design. We are able to realize even the most challenging designs with IML technology. Teknika Plast has a considerable experience and work with valuable IML producers.
